Soccer Season is here!
Bennett watched his first soccer game last fall when he saw his friend, Edie, play on her preschool team. Since then, he's been obsessed with turning 4 so that he too could play preschool soccer.
And in true small person form, after we signed him up for soccer and bought all of the ridiculous gear that is required to play eight games, he promptly declared that he hated soccer and would not be playing.
But he doesn't hate it. And he is playing. And he even kind of loves it.
I don't know that he'll be trying out for the US Olympic Team anytime soon, with multiple assists for the opposite team, but he's having a great time and we love watching him run around having fun.
