I'll admit it, it's been a bit slow around here lately. We're just liv'n life. And sometimes that's not exactly blog worthy. I am happy to report that we have a trip to the Pumpkin Patch, Jen's solo trip to DC and a Scooby Doo-uper Halloween coming up in the next few weeks, so never fear, we'll get more exciting!
For now, you have the distinct pleasure of viewing some pics that BZ and I took on our latest Tuesday Staycation. We took a drive up into the mountains to see some fall foliage. We were surprised that the colors died off so quickly on the drive. We ended up turning around at Molas Pass and heading back towards Durango. Lime Creek provided the perfect backdrop for a chill little hike and quite a few "ohhhs" and "ahhhs" as we checked out the amazing colors all around us. These pictures really don't do them justice. And I should mention that it was cold. Really quite cold and I think that crisp wind certainly helped with the ambiance. Lovely little day.
